Hanging out with The Girls Gone Green, you have to be dedicated, so much so that we were in the studio on the Fourth of July recording the show for this past week. During this show Julie talked about the issue of water being pumped out of the Everglades for sugar production. The discussion then led to the point that its not even healthy to consume sugar. All of this reminded me of the Simpson’s Episode where Marge decides to ban sugar in Springfield. We know that we can’t ban sugar in the land of the free, however, we can educate about better options. I would like to suggest Agave Nectar as one of these better options.

On Saturday June 28th, Natural Awakenings will be premiering Food Matters a film about taking responsibility for your health through your nutritional choices. You must purchase advance tickets for $5.00 for the reception as well.
